I am a passionate and patient-centered Ayurveda MD doctor and a   PHd scholar  ,founder and chief consulatant at Ayushyaveda Ayurveda and panchkarma clinic ,ghatkopar,mumbai with over 7 years of experience. Qualifications include BAMS from RA Podar hospital worli(Govt) ,MD (physiology)from Tilak Ayurveda,Pune (Semi-Govt) and persuing phd from Tilak Ayurved ,Pune.

Having learnt under and assisted eminent Ayurveda experts during course of my training has given me emmense clinical expertise in this field. My area of expertise is women’s health, including PCOD, hormonal changes, menopause, infertility, skin and hair ailments, menstrual disorders ,obesity etc

My goal  is to increase awareness about Ayurveda and its time-tested science to help people achieve optimal health and well-being.  A holistic approach to treating  patients by focusing on eliminating the root cause of their conditions through a combination of medication and dietary and lifestyle changes  is the only way to ensure a disease free living and that is what I aim to work on. I specialize in preparing personalised Ayurveda medicine formulations to treat patients as every -body is different and so are its needs .My keen interests also lies in research and have published articles, blogs and conducted many women health camps to highlight that the Ayurveda way of living is the only solution in this new era of ever evolving viruses and pandemics.
